Ukraine The first production electric car

Ukraine The first production electric carAn electric car that opens the era of production of electric vehicles in Ukraine...
And so actually the news that no one expected. The first compact city electric car, Kugel, was born and should go on sale in the summer at a price of 9,500 euros.
The most interesting thing is that the developer of the model is Andrei Dzhazovsky, known as the creator of the domestic supercar Hymera. According to Jazovsky, the Kugel car is a compact (only 2.7 m in length) urban electric car that will be produced in the city of Malaga (Spain). There are already orders for it from the authorities of Monaco, as well as from the Ukrainian eco-village near Boryspil.
The Kugel electric car was designed by Dejan Hristov. Thanks to the spherical body, the car is significantly different from current competitors. The car is made in two versions - three- and six-seater. The driver's seat in the Kugel is in the middle, with the two front row passengers placed slightly behind. The body of the new product is made of fiberglass, which allows it to be produced in small batches at a small enterprise, and not at a car plant.
There are special modifications for delivery services. The Kugel minicar will be produced only with an electric powertrain. Today, the car is driven by a 3.3-kilowatt electric motor, the torque of which is 130 Nm. The range can range from 180 to 220 km (with an optional charger), and the battery receives a full charge in 20 minutes.
The Kugel roof has solar panels that can power the climate control system during the day. The dimensions of the three-seater model are 2.7 m in length, 1.55 in width and 1.56 in height, with a wheelbase of 1867 mm. The car can carry 250 kg on board.
