If the earth is flat why don't we fall on its edge? The authors of the idea are convinced that when a person approaches the edge of the earth...I am sure that each of you has heard about the flat Earth theory and today it is very popular, attracting the interest of more and more people. Among other questions related to this topic, one of the most pressing is the following: how do people located on the outskirts of the planet not fall into space? Recently, a conference of followers of this very flat Earth theory was held in the UK, who, oddly enough, answered this question.
The flat-earthers didn’t bother for a long time and explained everything very simply, namely teleportation. Unclear? To make it clear, conference participants cited the example of the once popular game “Pac-Man”. The hero of the online game travels through narrow labyrinths, running away from enemies trying to swallow him. Everyone who played remembers that as soon as the brave character reaches the edge of the screen, he is immediately transferred to the opposite side. This is exactly what happens to people who reach the point when, it would seem, they should already be plowing the orbit.
The author of the idea of teleportation was the artist Darren Nesbit, who believes that it clearly answers the question of why people do not fall into space. By the way, this interesting idea was first expressed by an ardent opponent of the flat Earth theory. Thus, he planned to laugh at his followers, who seem to him to be very stupid people.
Let us recall that the first conference in the history of the United Kingdom of supporters of the flat Earth theory took place in the British city of Birmingham. In total, about 200 people took part and settled in one of the hotels on the outskirts of the village. During the meeting, participants shared with each other different versions of exactly what our planet looks like, argued, proved, and reasoned. Many interesting ideas were voiced that will be further developed. Author: GEximius
