German police reported two deaths as a result of a truck hitting a crowd in the German city of Munster. The driver himself committed suicide before the police arrived. So far, no connection has been found between the truck driver and the Islamists, regional interior minister Herbert Reul said. He also confirmed information that appeared in the media that the driver was a German citizen, “and not a refugee or something like that.” According to police, 20 people were injured when the truck drove into the crowd.
