Kirill Tolmatsky or Decl, a Russian rap artist, died at the age of 35...
The musician’s cause of death has not been officially announced. His concert director Pavel Belenets told Russia's Channel 5 that Tolmatsky's heart stopped half an hour after the concert in Izhevsk (Russian Federation). Decl’s death is also stated on his official VKontakte page. This sad news was confirmed that on the night of February 3, Kirill, better known under the pseudonym Decl, died on his Facebook page.
